吐く息でファインダーの凍り付きと鼻水が垂れてきてカメラに凍り付くのには参った。
フィルターのゴミを払うのに、不用意に手袋で触ってしまうと瞬時に凍ってしまう。

Tessar T* 45mm F2.8 はお気に入りのレンズの１本に追加。
開放においても色の集成、コントラストが良い。
ただ、20Dにおいては光量の収集が少し弱いようだ、+補正が必要だろう。
次回はDistagon T* 25mm との比較が面白そうだ。

●Morning of intense cold

夜明け前から４時間ほど屋外で
星と月がきれいな早朝、なんとかこの情景を撮ろうと試みたのだがまたもやノイズで失敗。
光量の著しく少ない状態と、カメラの増感機能との相関がまだつかみとれない。
やはりマニュアルでスピードをコントロールすべきなのか、それともPモードでカメラ任せにした方がいいのかどちらがいいんだろう？

カメラのデジタル機能を再チェック。
MFレンズ（Carl Zeiss）を装着時、今まで全てアナログで設定していたのだが、AEが働くようでずいぶんと楽になるみたいだ。補正＋－0の場合は少しアンダー気味なのでRAW現像時に補正するか、撮影時に補正をかけるか迷うところ・・・。

●Road to Mt.Yubari

シューパロ湖にかかる橋、名は「白銀橋」
夕張岳、登山口への林道入り口にかかっている。ダム完成時にはいずれ水没という運命に・・・。
このシューパロ湖には他にも森林鉄道の鉄橋があるが、すべて湖底へ。
夕張岳には高山植物の固有種も多々ある、橋が健在なうちに登ってみたいものだ。

木造3階建て、北炭最盛期には賑わっていただろう、壊れた窓を通して当時の様子が浮かんでくるようだ。

●Road that fragrant of coal

この通りは石炭のにおいがし、雪の色も違っていた。
進んで行くと理由が判明。
蕎麦屋「藤野屋」、ここでは石炭を燃料に湯を沸かし麺を湯であげていたのだ。横手からは蒸気が立ち上り、その暖かさに野良猫が集まっている。すすで汚れはしているが丸々と太っていた・・・冬空の中でたくましい猫たちだ。

この店が有名なのは後で知ったのだが、「カレーそば」「カレーうどん」が全国的に知られている。夕張映画祭に集う監督、マスコミ達の寄せ書きも多い。
